I am a self-taught craftsman and the sole designer of my cutting boards and various products. Located in L’Ange-Gardien in Outaouais, I started making cutting boards for the pleasure of giving them as gifts to family and friends. Over the years, I have developed a creative, innovative side and I always try to make a new product.
Now that I am retired from the public service, I work full time in what I am most passionate about, designing and making high-end cutting boards.
I make cutting boards, cheese boards, presentation boards and kitchen accessories. I also make custom cutting boards. I used different type of wood such as sugar maple, red maple, bird’s eye maple, cherry, beech and black walnut because of their contrasting hues and hardness. I strive to make high-end boards, each piece is meticulously worked to reveal the beauty and warmth of the wood.
I also make wooden games such as cribbage, rummy and euchre which is very much in demand.
