Handcrafted, Small Batch Dry Cured & Smoked Meats

Sharing their passion for good food since 1972! Damiano and family continue their tradition of handcrafting dry cured and smoked meats. A tradition that originated from their roots in Southern Italy, became a small business now passed on to the second generation of salami makers in Cookstown, Ontario.

With a love for food, Damiano spent 6 years in the German culinary industry, broadening his knowledge of preparing cured meats to include the tradition of smoking meats. This led the family to introduce a variety of smoked meats in addition to their well known line of Italian-style slow cured meats. Each batch is carefully and authentically prepared using local Ontario ingredients, certified Gluten Free and MSG Free.
